Contract Administration
-
There are a variety of building contracts to choose from and we are able to offer specialist advice in selecting the most appropriate form of contract which our clients can confidently rely upon. The key factors to consider when selecting the type of contract are; size of project, time constraints and flexibility over design.
-
Once a contractor has been appointed we would administer the contract, ensuring the project is delivered in accordance with the agreed design, whilst being attentive to specific Client objectives. As Contract Administrator, we would also ensure that interim payments made to the contractor reflect the actual work complete on site to maintain control over a client’s financial exposure throughout the project.
-
Issues arise during all types of construction/refurbishment projects, which can be due to unforeseen circumstances that any amount of preparation could not have envisaged. By selecting the appropriate form of contract, and employing a competent administrator, will ensure such issues can be overcome with minimum impact in terms of cost, time and also ensuring the quality of work is by no means compromised.
