Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedule (PPMS)
-
Whether you are the owner of a single building or have a large property portfolio our PPMS reports enable you to plan and budget for necessary maintenance over a pre-determined period.
-
The schedule includes an itemised list of the various components that require maintaining over a short, medium and long term. The required maintenance work is forecast based on a components current condition, its constitution and estimated economic life. Each item is labelled as either ‘Essential’, ‘Desirable’ or ‘Optional’ to enable work to be prioritised accordingly, which is particularly useful where budgeting is key.
-
The schedules are typically priced using rates from up-to-date, industry standard publications, such as; BCIS and Spon’s. Alternatively, the schedules can be sent out to general contractors for competitive tendering. Either method will enable the drafting of budget forecasts for the forthcoming years which is essential when dealing with multiple Lessees.
-
Tenderleaf Consulting’s PPM schedules enable our Clients, or their Property Managers, to pre-empt future maintenance rather than dealing with issues on a reactive basis, helping to keep costs down and avoid unnecessary surprises.
