For Freehold Purchase:

Consists of a detailed inspection and report relating to the structure and fabric of the property together with a comment upon the services, predominately for owner/occupiers.  The report will also make due recommendation for additional specialist inspections and reports as required, i.e. building services, environmental, deleterious materials, accessibility, workspace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations etc.

For Leasehold Purchase

The inspection process is identical to the above but with due regard to lease covenants.  The report will also comment on the condition of the building fabric, common parts and other factors likely to have an impact on potential service charge liability.
