Project Management

Our experienced team of Project Managers offer a bespoke service to suite a Client’s specific requirements for each instruction.

The initial stage of any instruction will commence by gaining a precise understanding and knowledge of the project scope in relation to the Client’s specific requirements.

This is closely followed by establishing the specific project objectives in terms of the following:

- Time scale

- Budget

- Quality, and

- Perceived risks

The next stage in any Project Management instruction is to assemble a competent team to deliver the Project. The project team will vary depending on the size and nature of the work involved, and may include the following members:

- Architect/Interior Designer

- Quantity Surveyor

- Services Consultant (Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health)

- Approved Inspector

- CDM Co-ordinator

- Fire Consultant

With the appropriate team on board our Project Managers will provide the high level leadership and direction required to co-ordinate the members and ensure the specific Client requirements and project objectives are met. A fundamental aspect of any Project Management instruction is communication, and we ensure this is achieved through chairing regular project meetings, distributing the recorded minutes and providing the Client with a bi-weekly or monthly Project Managers Report to ensure they are kept abreast of all essential information.
